From day one, I have given 110% when it comes to the rules by which I run my studios -- disinfecting and sanitizing being the two most important. Observing and following OSHA and industry standards and then going above and beyond has always been just a natural expression of who I am and how I run my business.
During these tentative times, with all of the concerns about the spreading of COVID-19, I want you to know that I am approaching things with the same dedication. From new masks and face shields for the estheticians, to new social distancing norms inside the studio, it is my desire to continue to go above and beyond to make you feel safe, secure and as well cared for as you did before this pandemic began.
In the upcoming months, after the restrictions have been lifted for our industry, we will be employing some changes to daily operations.
UPCOMING CHANGES
As you can imagine, there are many things to consider as we strive to keep our clients and ourselves safe. Here are a few things we will likely be changing:
Restricting numbers of clients in the studio at any given time
Face mask requirements
Social distancing as much as possible in the rooms and at the front desk
Adjusted studio hours to help facilitate the above requirements
Restricting use of cash and checks temporarily -- accepting only tap, swipe and chip payments with cards
We will continue to keep you in the loop via email and social media as things change and develop.
We would like to reassure you that the moment we get the green light to reopen, we will begin rescheduling everyone whose appointment had been cancelled due to the stay at home order, working from those cancellations first and then into new appointments.
Waxing is our passion. We love what we do, and we cannot wait to get you back to smooth, sexy, and hair-free -- safely!
