Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours prior to an appointment will result in a fee and/or a deposit to hold any future appointments; new clients will also not receive the “newbie” discount. We require 24 hours notice for confirmations, cancellations, and changes to the scheduled services. If an appointment is not confirmed at least 24 hours prior we cannot guarantee that we will hold the appointment.
