Summertime Waxing Appointments: Planning Ahead

As summer approaches, many people start thinking about getting a Birmingham, MI waxing treatment.  With our many years of experience, we’ve noticed this trend and also that people tend to wait until the last minute to try and book their waxing appointment.  Because this is a popular time for waxing, we encourage our clients to plan their waxing appointments ahead of time, as times book up fast…especially after 5:00pm.

Please also be aware that our cancellation policy states that any client who shows up late more than 15 minutes past their appointment time will have to be rescheduled.

Traffic, sick child, sick husband, sick dog, late meeting… we’ve heard (and experienced) them all.  And we understand.

But, some times our next client doesn’t.

So, next time you are running a bit late, please give us a quick call to make sure we can still fit you in for your full professional Birmingham Brazilian or other wax.

Georgi’s Wax Cancellation Policy

I like my schedule to be similar to my services- smooth, routine, and worry-free! But due to a recent increase of short-notice cancellations, I must introduce a new policy to remind valued clients of the importance of keeping their appointments:

  • Please call ahead by at least 24 Hours if you cannot make it to your appointment.
  • 50% payment now required for the service(s) that you were scheduled to receive if appointment is not cancelled ahead of time.
  • Store our contact info in your phone and create a reminder or alert for your Birmingham wax appointment!
  • Any client who shows up late more than 15 minutes past their appointment time will have to be rescheduled to allow enough time for proper service and to not infringe on the next client’s scheduled time.

Life doesn’t always go exactly as planned, so simply call us at least 24 hour in advance if you need to reschedule your Birmingham wax! We understand that true emergencies exist, and if one arises I may be able to accommodate a rescheduling without fee in some cases.

My clients have good reason to trust me with the care of their most sensitive and personal body parts- their skin, of course! I also treat their financial information with the highest consideration and privacy. New clients can rest easily knowing the credit card info I’ll file when you’re booking first appointment will be stored securely.
